Public Liability Insurance
Liability insurance coverage is maintained on all rental vehicles to a maximum of $5,000,000.00 for any bodily injury and property damage liability claim brought by a third party (other than a passenger) against the customer (and any other driver listed in the rental contract) as a result of the operation or use of their rental vehicle. This basic public liability coverage is included in all rental rates. All coverage and waivers are subject to the express terms of the rental contact.

Customer Responsibility
The coverage is subject to a $5000.00deductible in case of accidental damage e.g. collision, theft, vandalism, fire, windshield / glass damage.

Optional CDW or VIP Insurance Upgrades

CDW $18.00 per Day reduces the accidental deductible to $500.00 and the general liability to $2500.00

VIP $23.00 per Day reduces the accidental deductible to $300.00 and the general liability to $1000.00. In Addition VIP also covers food and lodging expenses up to $50.00 per person/day (Max $200.00 per Day) and alternative transportation costs of $50.00 per day/party in case of an accident. Total claims may not exceed $2500.00. Clients are required to present all receipts for claims.

Additional Mileage will be charged as follows: $0.30 per Km

Advance reservation is highly recommended.

All published rates are available with advance reservation only.
Local rates may be higher.

All units are non-smoking. If you smoke in the unit – a cleaning fee may apply.

Available at optional charge of $70.00 per party. Halifax pick up / drop off from Airport, Downtown Hotels. In Toronto and Montreal pick ups / drop offs are available from the Airport and Airport Hotels.

From 13:00 – 16:00
Early pick-ups are available for an additional fee of $75.00 per party with a guaranteed departure time before noon.

Transfers – Return

Drop off between 09:00 – 11:00 am. Late return fee applies.
A return transfer either to the hotel or the airport will be provided. Please refer to transfer details. Option: For an additional fee of $75.00 per party returns may be extend up to 15:00 pm

Mexico, Death Valley from May to September, Downtown New York, Logan’s Pass/Montana.  A $900.00 penalty fee will be charged for all restricted travel and all insurance coverage may be void.

All RV’s are from the model years 2002/3/4/5

We will make every effort to provide the type of vehicle requested. We do, however, reserve the right to substitute a vehicle of equivalent or lower value or offer a higher rated vehicle at no additional cost. Should a lower rated vehicle be substituted, our responsibility is limited to refunding the difference in the daily rental rates.
