Generator

Use of a Generator will be charged with $3.00 per hour or $8.00 per day

Insurance Terms

Vehicle Damage Customer’s Responsibility. 
In the event of loss or damage to vehicle while on rental, whether or not due to the fault of the rental customer, the customer's responsibility for direct and accidental loss or damage to the vehicle is limited to a maximum of  $4000.00 per occurrence. There is no limit, however, if vehicle incurs loss or damage outlined below.   

Insurance
Collision and public liability insurance in the amount of 2.000.000 is provided free of charge. The insurance deductible may be reduced to a lower rate per occurrence, with the purchase of the (optional) additional VIP Insurance at $20.00 per day (Deductible. $600.00). VIP increases the liability to 5.000.000 and covers incurred expenses of up to the daily rate paid by the renter in the event of a mechanical breakdown requiring the vehicle to be in for repairs for more than 12- hours. Radio, air conditioning, fridge and cruise control are not considered being mechanical breakdowns. A limit of $1500.00 per trip applies. Customers must present all receipts for refund of expenses. Northern breakdowns may require more time and are not subject to refund. 

Language

Multi-Lingual agents are available at every rental center.
English, German, French, Italian.

Luggage Storage

Additional luggage may be stored at the rental station at your own risk

Mileage Charges

Additional Mileage will be charged as follows: $0.32 per Km for all Class C Motor Homes, $0.35 per Km for all Class A Motor Homes.

Minimum Rental

7 Days during High Season
14 Days for all One Way Rentals

Northern Charges

If you plan to drive to Alaska or the Yukon Territory a one time fee of $450.00 applies.

Preparation Fee

Mandatory $70.00 per Rental (One time charge)
The
fee includes transfers from / to rental center, propane gas supply, chemicals, cleaning items.

Pets

Sorry – no pets are allowed

Rental Equipment

Most rental center are providing the following items at additional cost:
Mountain Bikes, Bike Carrier, Child Seats, Booster Seats, Toaster, Lawn Chairs, inflatable Canoes or Kayaks, Snow Chains etc.
Advance reservation is highly recommended.

Rates

All published rates are available with advance reservation only.
Local rates may be higher.

Security Deposit

$1500.00 per Credit Card.

Smoking

All units are non-smoking. If you smoke in the unit – a cleaning fee may apply.

Transfers - General

Vancouver transfers are included from Downtown Hotels only. Calgary transfers are included from Downtown and Airport Hotels. Transfers in Toronto are only available from Airport Hotels.

Transfers – Pick up

Between 10:00 am – 15:00

Transfers – Return

Drop off between 08:00 – 10:00 am. Late return fee applies.
A return transfer either to the hotel or the airport will be provided Please refer to transfer details.

Travel Restriction

RV’s are not permitted on the Dempster Highway to Inuvik, within the Northwest Territories, Mexico or within Death Valley.  Travel to Alaska and Yukon Territory (on the Cassiar Hwy and the Alaska Hwy, north of Fort St. John) is allowed only with a pre-paid Northern surcharge of $450.00. RVs are not permitted on roads designated on the official provincial or state maps as ' other roads - gravel or dirt'.

Upgrades Downgrades

We will make every effort to provide the type of vehicle requested. We do, however, reserve the right to substitute a vehicle of equivalent or lower value or offer a higher rated vehicle at no additional cost. Should a lower rated vehicle be substituted, our responsibility is limited to refunding the difference in the daily rental rates.
