The driver must possess a valid credit card in his name.

Public Liability Insurance

We maintain liability insurance coverage on all rental vehicles to a maximum of $5.000.000 for all vehicles for any bodily injury and property damage liability claim brought by a third party (other than a passenger) against the customer (and any other driver listed in the rental contract) as a result of the operation or use of their rental vehicles. This basic public liability coverage is included in all rental rates. All coverage and waivers are subject to the express terms of the rental contract. A deposit of $5000.00 is required.

Customer Responsibility
With PLI In the event of loss or damage to vehicle while on rent, whether or not due to the fault of customer, customer's responsibility for direct and accidental loss (including theft and vandalism) or damage to the vehicle is unlimited. That is, customer is responsible for all loss or damage.

Optional CDW & VIP Insurance Protection

CDW Insurance $15.00 per Day
With CDW, the customer's responsibility for accidental damage, theft and vandalism (police report is required) to the vehicle is reduced to $500.00 per occurrence (Off Road $2500.00). A security deposit of $500.00 is required.

VIP Insurance $20.00 per Day
With VIP, the customer's responsibility for accidental damage, theft and vandalism (police report is required) to the vehicle is reduced to $300.00 per occurrence (Off Road $1000.00). A security deposit of $300.00 is required.

Multi-Lingual agents are available at every rental center.
English, German, French, Spanish.

Additional luggage may be stored at the rental station at your own risk

Additional Mileage per Km $0.29.  100 Km Mileage Package $25.00 each

Premier Units: 7 Days during High Season. Economy: 14 Days
3 Days during Off Season

If you plan to drive to Alaska or the Yukon Territory a one-time fee of $400.00 applies for all Premier Units and for all Economy units $300.00

The fee includes transfers from / to rental center, propane gas supply, toilet chemicals, cleaning items.

Sorry – no pets are allowed

Most rental center are providing the following items at additional cost:
Mountain Bikes, Bike Carrier, Child Seats, Booster Seats, Toaster, Lawn Chairs, inflatable Canoes or Kayaks, Snow Chains etc.
Advance reservation is highly recommended.

All published rates are available with advance reservation only.
Local rates may be higher.

With Optional CDW Insurance $500.00 / $300.00 Accepted form of payment: Credit Cards, Traveler Check, Cash.  Credit card deposits may be processed at the time of pick up. Please Note: the primary renter will need to present a credit card.

All units are non-smoking. If you smoke in the unit – a cleaning fee may apply.

A return transfer either to the hotel or the airport will be provided

Mexico, Death Valley, New York City, Non-Public Roads, Gravel Roads. Travel to Alaska, the Yukon and the Northwest Territories is restricted but may be requested in advance for an additional fee of $350.00 plus an additional security deposit of $200.00. Unauthorized travel into the above areas may void the insurance protection.

All RV’s are from the model years 2003/4/5

We will make every effort to provide the type of vehicle requested. We do, however, reserve the right to substitute a vehicle of equivalent or lower value or offer a higher rated vehicle at no additional cost. Should a lower rated vehicle be substituted, our responsibility is limited to refunding the difference in the daily rental rates.
