We gladly make reservations for clients at designated transfer hotels and / or ferry reservation.
These reservations will be confirmed within 24 to 48 hours.

Taxes & Service Charges

All rates and services within ALASKA and the USA are quoted in ($) U.S Dollar.
All rates and services within CANADA are quoted in ($) CAD Dollar unless otherwise specified and / or confirmed in written.
 
The advertised hotel and ferry rates are including all applicable taxes and mandatory service charges levied at the time of publication - unless otherwise specified. Applicable tax rates are subject to change without further notice. We reserve the right to adjust our rates if the current Sales Tax, GST and / or PST Tax rates are changing.

All rates are non - commissionable and are effective from January 01 through December 31 unless otherwise stated.

All rates are including the current Canadian GST (Goods & Service Tax) and PST (Provincial Sales Tax).
GST Tax rebates for overseas clients are incorporated - if applicable.

Published Exchange Rates

All published, quoted, and/or otherwise submitted currency exchange rates in US$, CAD$, EURO are not guaranteed – unless otherwise agreed upon in written – and are subject to change without further notice. Once an exchange rate is set and confirmed in written on the invoice or reservation confirmation, the rate remains valid until the actual travel date. Some restrictions may apply. It is agreed upon that neither our company nor a client may alter such a confirmed exchange rate without a written approval from either party.

Payment Policy

In order to guarantee your RV vacation travel arrangements - a deposit of 25 % of the total invoice is due within 10 days after you receive our written confirmation. Note: In some instances we may require a higher deposit Please refer to your invoice for details. We accept checks, money order, direct bank deposits, wire payments and Credit Card Online Transfers. All reservations must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival.

In the event a reservation is made less than 30 days in advance we require full payment of all RV travel arrangements at the time of reservation. We accept the faxed copy of the wire transfer - signed and stamped by the bank -, cashier checks, money orders or PayPal (please inquire) online money transfers as a guarantee of payment.

Credit Cards (MC, Visa, American Express) are only accepted via PayPal. Due to the increased security - the verification process for funds transfers may take up to 10 days. A supplementary currency exchange fee of 3 % will be added to the final invoice. Please refer to: http://www.paypal.com or contact us for information.

Important: Passengers will not be accepted / accommodated unless full payment has been received by our company on / or before the due date(s). Any service fees, bank charges or processing/transfer fees are the responsibility of the sender. Occurred charges will be charged back to the sender. We reserve the right to cancel any part - or the entire tour arrangements - if the deposit and/or balances are not paid at the due date indicated on our invoice. Any unauthorized deductions from invoices or late payments may result in an automatic cancellation. Cancellation fees are applying according to our cancellation policy. All cancellation fees are due immediately after receipt of the appropriate invoice. Remember: You are entering into a legal and binding contract with us. According to our company policies we will strictly enforce payments on overdue accounts.

Late Reservation Fee

If payments (balance and deposits) are not received in time, a $50.00 late payment fee will automatically be added to the reservation. All reservations made 21 days or less prior to arrival are subject to a $30.00 handling charge. The charge is intended to cover last minute phone and fax expenses, documentation, payment processing, and/or reservation fees.

Refunds

Unused tour services or any portion thereof are non refundable. Cancellations or changes after the departure date are subject to applicable cancellation fees. All refund requests are only honored within 14 days of cancellation - or 07 days after the date that the service was supposed to be provided to the client. Refund requests need to be submitted in writing to the address provided on our invoice - accompanied by the appropriate documentation. Please allow a processing time of approximately (4) four weeks.

Complaint Resolution

We advise every client to inform the RV center and our company immediately – within 24 hours - after an incident, complication or problem occurred. Complaints after departure or delayed complaints - for whatever reason - are not honored. Please refer to the toll free service line on your rental documents.

Additional Charges

Advertised rates do not include gasoline, insurance, tax, tolls, transfers, additional driver fees, northern surcharges, one-way fees, child seats and preparation fee or convenience kits - unless otherwise specified. Specific advertised Km / Mileage rates as well as prep ration fees and convenience kit rates are only available with advance reservation. Local charges may be different.

Hotel Reservation

We reserve the right to substitute hotels of a similar category - or upgrade clients at our discretion - if our advertised hotels are sold out. Specific room assignments are the sole discretion of the hotel management. We are unable to guarantee a specific room type and/or location. We will inform the client of any changes no later than 10 days prior to the arrival date.

Upgrades Downgrades

All RV rental companies are reserving the right to upgrade clients to larger units (in some instances to a smaller unit) at their discretion - if the originally booked unit is sold out or if the unit is not immediately available. Upgrades are free of charge for the renter. Refunds for possible downgrades are limited to the difference of the applicable paid (advertised) rental rates. Additional expenses are the sole responsibility of the renter.

All rates and terms are subject to change without further notice. All exterior - and interior layouts, all images and other information of RV sizes, the total capacity published on our internet sites are to be used as a guideline only. Accordingly we cannot assume any responsibility for the information.

Rental Requirements

A valid driver license and a major credit card are mandatory for all rentals and/or the designated driver. Please note: Due to insurance requirements and applicable laws - Minimum age for drivers is 25 years. Maximum age 65 years.

Travel Documents

Each client shall be responsible for obtaining valid travel documents, complying with customs and other regulations of the country to which they are traveling. Our company and their affiliates are accepting no responsibility for any problems related to/and or in obtaining these documents.

Responsibilities

Our company, its employees or agents and its other affiliated/non-affiliated reservation offices acting only as agents - and therefore none of them shall be liable for any injury, damage, loss, loss claims, accident or delay which may be generated by reason of any company or person who engaged in conveying the travelers, or otherwise in connection therewith, or of any hotel owner, manager or employee.
Our company accepts no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in train -, bus -, ship -, airplane - or other services, sickness, weather, war, quarantine, government action or other causes.

All flight reservations made through our companies are based on restricted airfares. These fares may require full payment within 24 hours after confirmation or at the time of reservation. All fares are non-refundable after a reservation is confirmed. We cannot assume any responsibilities for fare increases. Note: Long distance flight reservations in conjunction with RV reservations are non-refundable - even if the reservation has been cancelled through our company or the supplier for whatever reason.

The following cancellation (No-Show) charges are applicable to every confirmed direct, telephone, fax, online and / or internet reservation without exceptions. We highly recommend obtaining sufficient cancellation insurance.

Less than 21 Days in advance or No-Show - 100 % of the entire rental rate
